Andrea is one of those artists that experimenting and variety is crucial in their music. Payner’s star is long gone from the boundaries of pop-folk and collaborates with various styles and musicians from different nationalities. The singer who made hits in Bulgaria and abroad says that commercial music needs to change in order to be more interesting for the public. With her new project “Bez Okovi” with the rapper Honn Kong, Andrea is proving that she is rather good at rapping and able to work outside the pop-folk genre.

“Lately I notice that our audience needs that kind of music and it already sounds in the pop-folk clubs. It starts gaining strength in our market and I enjoy that because I like it and I find it more modern. Things are changing for the better.” she explains in Slavi’s Show. “Pop-folk is stuck and makes the same thing over and over.” says Slavi Trifonov. “Change has to come from us, not jus wait for it to happen. If we don’t start changing, nothing is ever going to happen.” says the female artist.
